National Exam Information

The VTNE moves to computer based testing this summer 2010! The testing window in 2010 and 2011 will be July 15 - August 15 with the deadline June 15 for all documents. For information on the National Exam or to register for the National Exam, you MUST register through the AAVSB website at www.aavsb.org/VTNE

NEW Minnesota Certification Information

Starting in 2010 there will not be a MN state exam, nor will passing the state exam be required for certification in Minnesota. In addition, starting in 2010 those wishing to be certified in Minnesota must successfully pass the National Exam and and complete a certification application. The application can be downloaded (see below) and sent in to the MVMA or you can apply online. Please note: a copy of your diploma or original transcripts needs to be included with the application along with the $50.00 certification fee.
