Please join us for a fun-filled day of amateur golf. Tee it up and support the MVM Foundation. This day of golf and fun is for veterinarians, their family members, company representatives, college faculty and anyone who wants to support the veterinary profession in Minnesota by enjoying a great day of golf. It is for everyone! Call your classmates and put together a foursome. Don't golf? Your clinic can still support this worthwhile cause by becoming a Clinic & Friends Course Sponsor. The course sponsorship level, at $4,000, will be awarded together to Clinics & Friends who donate $200. Recognition will be in the MVMA newsletter, on a course banner (which hangs in the MVMA conference room year round), and in the golf classic program.
Please download the registration form (click link above), fill out completely, include payment (to the MVM Foundation) and mail to the Foundation office by July 23, 2010. Confirmation of your registration and directions to the Refuge Golf Club will be mailed or e-mailed one week prior to the tournament. Entry Fee Includes:
