CVT Certification Renewal through MVMA Has Ended

Certification renewals are no longer being accepted as of Oct. 31, 2025.

Beginning July 1, 2026, technician licensure through the Minnesota Board of Veterinary Medicine will replace certification through the MVMA. If your certification status is not active through MVMA, you will need to apply for licensure through the legacy (grandfather) clause. Please see our Veterinary Technician Licensure resource page for more information.

If your certification has lapsed you will not be able to access your MVMA account.
