Minnesota Veterinary Technician Certification Renewal Requirements to Maintain Certification:

10 Continuing education credits are required per 2 year cycle of renewal (Certifications are based in on odd & even year schedules) If you have questions regarding your expiration date, you may reference your Certification Card or contact us at 651-645-7533 or [email protected].

Complete the 2019 Continuing Education Report Form and attach copies of your CE Certificates. (DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS) Please list courses attended on the form. You must be detailed and complete the form in its entirety. Incomplete forms will not be processed.  Credits for renewal must be obtained within current certification period:

  • 2019 Renewals - July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2019
  • 2018 Renewals - July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2018
  • 2017 Renewals - July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2017
  • 2016 Renewals - July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2016

The members of the Credentialing Committee reserve the right to deny any CE courses it determines do not meet requirements.
