About the Annual Conference 

Our Annual Conference brings together veterinary professionals from across the Upper Midwest for a 4-day event. Wednesday is an optional pre-training day; Thursday, Friday and Saturday are packed with educational sessions and opportunities to network.

New in 2025, the Minnesota Association of Veterinary Technicians' (MAVT) convention has merged with MVMA's annual meeting. A technician track—planned in partnership with MAVT—has been added to the 2025 conference offerings, though all educational tracks are open to veterinary technician attendees. We are excited to bring the entire profession together to participate in the 2025 Annual Conference, hosted by MVMA and supported by MAVT.
