Join us for “The Whole is Greater than its Parts: Using Personality, Processing and Generational Differences for Team Effectiveness,” at Ridgeview Country Club in Duluth on Thursday, March 20, 6:15–9 p.m. In this session we will be talking about the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), processing styles, and generational differences as they relate to teams. We will discuss how to best utilize our team members and recognize the value of each of the differences, as well as how to leverage those differences in the best possible ways. Agenda: 6–6:45 p.m. Networking reception with hors d’oeuvres and refreshments 6:45 p.m. Dinner starts 7:15–7:20 p.m. Welcome from MVMA Representative 7:20–8:45 p.m. Presentation by Athena Diesch-Chham, MSW, LICSW, Owner and Clinical Social Worker, Restorative Path Counseling & Wellbeing 8:45–9:15 p.m. Group Discussion/Q & A Earn 1.5 interactive non-medical CE credits.
